We are the umbrella representative body for our area’s RAs (incorporating Windmill House, Tait and Benson Estate and Ipsden Estate, London SE1) and residents concerned with matters affecting all homes in the WESRA area. The WESRA area is the area immediately South of Waterloo East Station up to the Cut between Waterloo Road (West) and Blackfriars Road (East).
